Happy Thanksgiving from Canada.
The pie above is made from apples from our own tree. Since we are trying to watch our diets these days I don't get pie nearly as often as I'd like. But on feast days dietary restrictions are set aside, otherwise it's just another day, isn't it?
Mmmm, pie.
